Last night my daughter just came off an 18 shift at the hospital. She battles with post concussion syndrome (4 to be exact). So when her nerves start to over fire she typically goes to bed for hours. I fixed us a bowl of kava and after only 4 mouthfuls- the symptoms were gone! I decided to join in because we all need to relax- I slept so well and I woke up very refreshed.
